Refund/Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process:

Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the proof of purchase.

Drop off the package at the carrier of your choice. Note: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) which may take up to three business days.

Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

If a return is denied (e.g., the item is not in new and unused condition), we will return the item to the sender and bill for the shipping charges.
Refund Process:

Once a refund is approved, G Squared Pro Shop, LLC will process the refund to the purchaser’s original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Exchange Process:

For even exchanges, the new item will be shipped within three business days.

For exchanges with a higher value than the original purchase, an invoice for the difference will be sent. Upon payment, the new item will be shipped within three business days.

For exchanges with a lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to the purchaser’s original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
